Choose the branch you'd like to visit. Schedule your appointment using our online booking system or by phone. If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible to allow others the opportunity to use the time slot.
Our hygienist will meet you in the waiting room at your scheduled time. Always bring your cleaning tools with you. During your first visit, we'll conduct an initial examination to assess the condition of your teeth and gums. Proper cleaning technique is fundamental to dental care, so we'll dedicate time to it together. We'll also provide valuable advice on how to improve your oral hygiene over the long term.
Healthy and beautiful teeth require proper and consistent care. At the end of each visit, we'll schedule your next check-up. We'll always examine the condition of your oral cavity and adjust care as needed. If you wish, you can try cleaning with an electric toothbrush during your visit. We'll gladly assist you in selecting and correctly using one. At the end of the visit, a short teeth whitening (known as "Click") can be performed.
In our offices, we provide the following services. If you haven't found what you're looking for, please contact us. We'll be happy to find a way to accommodate you.
The goal of dental hygiene is to maintain beautiful and healthy teeth throughout life. The main factor causing tooth decay and periodontitis (see "Periodontal Patient Treatment") is insufficient or poor dental hygiene. Therefore, the purpose of dental hygiene is to prevent these complications.
At the beginning of the treatment, we'll examine and assess the current state of your oral cavity, identify the presence or severity of any disease, and establish a treatment plan. The treatment follows the Swiss protocol Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), which focuses on the controlled removal of biofilm (plaque), the main factor in tooth decay and periodontal diseases. We'll first stain the plaque to make it visible and train you in its proper removal. Next, we'll perform tooth sandblasting (Airflow) to remove plaque, pigments, and newly mineralized tartar. Remaining tartar will be removed using ultrasound and manual tools.
During your first visit, you'll receive appropriately selected toothbrushes and interdental brushes. At each follow-up visit, we'll check if they are still suitable and adjust the selection if necessary. Therefore, always bring your dental hygiene tools with you. If you wish, you can try cleaning with an electric toothbrush during your visit. We'll gladly assist you in selecting and correctly using one.
This treatment is for patients who have developed or are beginning to develop periodontitis. Due to inadequate dental hygiene, gum inflammation occurs, leading to the formation of periodontal pockets (spaces between the gum and tooth deeper than 3 mm). Plaque accumulates in these pockets, mineralizes into tartar, and, combined with harmful bacteria, causes bone loss and exposure of the tooth root. This damages the tooth's supporting structures, leading to tooth loosening and potential loss.
The treatment involves thoroughly cleaning these areas and improving dental hygiene, which are essential for curing the disease. If we detect periodontal pockets during the initial examination, we'll remove tartar and plaque from beneath the gum. Properly cleaned root surfaces halt the progression of periodontitis, stopping the deepening of pockets and bone loss. Quality treatment requires X-rays, which we'll request from your dentist.
Children’s dental hygiene is often underestimated and unfairly dismissed as unnecessary. It’s surrounded by myths and misunderstandings. However, research shows that proper care of children’s teeth is crucial for their lifelong oral health — and for several important reasons.
We know that children's teeth are more vulnerable to cavities. We also know that quality dental care early on lays the foundation for correct and lasting oral hygiene habits. And just as importantly, regular dental hygiene visits help break down fear and distrust of the dental environment — an essential step when treatment for cavities or other dental interventions may later be needed.
Our treatment focuses primarily on helping children understand how cavities and gum inflammation form, and on practicing correct brushing techniques. We begin by applying a special disclosing solution to color any remaining plaque. Together with the child, we review the areas that need improvement and practice proper brushing. This is followed by gentle sandblasting (Airflow) or polishing with a professional paste (known as depuration).
Maintaining excellent dental hygiene while wearing braces is absolutely essential. Not only is it more challenging to clean teeth with braces, but neglecting hygiene can quickly lead to cavities, gum inflammation, and demineralization, often accompanied by permanent white stains on the enamel. All of these complications can significantly spoil the excitement of finally achieving a perfectly aligned smile. That’s why we strongly recommend scheduling your first dental hygiene visit well before your braces are fitted.
At your appointment, we will first apply a disclosing solution to highlight any plaque on your teeth and practice the correct techniques for removing it. Next, we perform gentle sandblasting (known as Airflow) to eliminate plaque, surface stains, and newly formed tartar. Afterward, any remaining tartar is carefully removed using an ultrasonic scaler and fine hand instruments.
Teeth whitening is a chemical process during which oxygen molecules, released from hydrogen peroxide, penetrate the enamel and break down and bleach the pigments within. Professional dental cleaning must be performed beforehand, as any remaining plaque or tartar can significantly reduce the whitening’s effectiveness. That’s why we place great emphasis on thoroughly cleaning your teeth before beginning the whitening process. Rest assured, whitening is a completely safe procedure that does not damage teeth or gums. According to current regulations, teeth whitening cannot be performed on individuals under the age of 18 or on pregnant women.
We Offer Several Whitening Options:
Our most popular option is the short in-office whitening, known as "Click." If you wish, this quick ten-minute whitening session can be added immediately after your dental hygiene treatment. It’s fast, affordable, and does not cause any tooth sensitivity afterward. Thanks to its gentle nature, it can be safely repeated at each visit.
As the name suggests, with at-home whitening, the main part of the process takes place in the comfort of your home. During your visit, we take dental impressions to create custom-made whitening trays. At your next appointment, you’ll receive your trays along with a whitening gel, detailed instructions, and a guide. You can choose between day or night whitening options, depending on the concentration of the active ingredient. After about a week of at-home use, we recommend a quick in-office "Click" whitening session to further enhance and accelerate your results. The whitening trays are yours to keep, so you can purchase additional gel in the future for maintenance whenever you wish.
For the best possible results, we offer a combined whitening approach — a combination of at-home and in-office whitening. First, you start with a week of at-home whitening (as described above). Then, you return to the office for intensive in-office whitening, where we apply a stronger whitening gel for 10 minutes — repeating this cycle three times in one visit. Afterward, you continue whitening at home. Combined whitening is suitable for all patients, including those with more deeply stained teeth, such as smokers or individuals with tetracycline-stained teeth.
As an additional option, you can purchase a gentle whitening toothpaste from us. It’s based on enzymes with a small amount of peroxide and also strengthens tooth enamel. This toothpaste can be used both to maintain your whitening results and independently for daily care.
If tooth decay is detected at an early stage, its progression can be halted through a method called Guided Enamel Regeneration (GER). Using this patented material, we apply it directly to the damaged enamel, supporting its natural regeneration and preventing the decay from advancing. The treatment is completely painless and can help you avoid the need for drilling. We perform this procedure based on the recommendation of a dentist.
